 I'm a Christian and I believe that with God all things are possible. I believe that He is the One who gives you, not only the strength, but the ability to do whatever it is you are destined to do. I believe our success in life is tied into this realization. Acknowledging this and realizing that the gifts come from Him, I am able to rely solely upon him to do all that I do creatively. This is why I enjoy spending time reading and writing and creating things. I truely enjoy writing. I have since I was much younger (in my high school years) and have ever since. I also love encouraging others. With this in mind, I have decided to create this website just for my crafts and other hobbies to share with others. Currently, I am in the process of combining all that I do into one "little bundle" for all to enjoy. Part of that bundle includes a collection of poems I am in the process of collecting for my very first book of poetry. These are writings from several years back up to the present.  We pay more attention on the students practicing Chinese. Breaking away from the class-and-free-time model and the similar class-work-and-free-time model, our institute offers comprehensive language training outside of the classroom to reinforce and drive home the formal lessons we provide. Most class formats are offered in the morning. Afternoon and evening time is devoted to going out and practicing. Learning Mandarin the unique way. We will introduce the structural principles of Chinese characters, offer instruction on the recognition and writing of Chinese characters, and explain the 29 stroke types as well as some 90 characters that contain such strokes. For example,休(xiu1)means to have a rest. The left radical means “people”, the right radical means “wood”... Our instructors are trained trained by Prof. Zhao Mingde. They are professionals, each with experience teaching Chinese to non-natives. The process of learning Chinese is very different depending on the learner. We've found that non-natives demand more explanation of semantic linkages, roots of the icons comprising Chinese characters, and grammar structures. In addition to the naturalistic method and support of our instructors, we offer surroundings that are conducive to a heartfelt appreciation of Chinese culture and lifestyle. Classes are held at locations such as outdoor teahouses in public parks.
