Mental Illness in America, is it the church responsibility to act?

Description: Whose responsibility is it to take a stand on mental health issues? Is God concerned about our mental well being? Well, I would have said no to all of these questions because when I was seeking help no one came to my aide. Instead I had to be my own advocate and support system after my mom's death. So in view of that I am once again attempting to launch a campaign for mental illness awareness in America. In view of that please feel free to stop by my new website designed to serve as a platform of expression to those who suffer with mental illness. This group is designated for people of African descent but it is open to all those concerned individuals who want to see positive, productive change on mental health issues in America.

This website is also a means of marketing and promoting the production of my future book. I hope that you stop by the site and check it out.

I wish to challenge the church to get involved in mental health issues and serve as an advocate so that God can change their minds and regulate it.  I challenge Christians to get actively involve and educate themselves on the issues and facts.  Show the mentally challenged that you care and show them the love of Christ.
