| My faith story: | I've grew up next to a preacher and his family. Naturally, I started going to their church at a very young age. When I was just 10 years old I decided to get baptized. I stayed very involved in church all the way through high school, but didn't know how to translate all of my life into following Jesus with EVERYTHING. After High School. I went to a small Bible college in Missouri. There I learned what it was like to be a Christian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I got involved in all kinds of ministry. Everything from preaching in prison to doing worship for children's church. After graduation, I moved to New Orleans just 3 months before Hurricane Katrina for a year long internship. Needless to say, that experience rocked my world. My time there opened up my heart to follow God no matter where He would call and as a result I decided to follow Him to Japan in order to start some churches. In the last fews months I've experienced victory over some long lasting strongholds that Satan used to hinder my relationship with God. Now, I continue to hunger and thirst for God's presence every day. Simply put, I'm just a guy trying to be like Jesus and help others do the same. |
